BBW women empowerment Programme ensure full and equal participation of women in political, civil, economic, social and cultural life at the regional, national and international level. BBW promotes gender equality and the empowerment of women as an effective ways to combat poverty, hunger, disease and to stimulate sustainable development. We as an institute identify key actions to address the financing gap for women empowerment.
BBW disability empowerment Programme ensure to promote the inclusion, accessibility to resources, services and rehabilitation of PWDs. Empower PWDs through training and counselling to enable them equally participate in all aspects of the society. BBW aims of providing vocational trainings to PWDs to make them able to contribute to local and national economy. We are aiming of advocacy of Balochistan disability act 2017 at Government and Community level for its awareness and implementation.
The vision of BBW reflects the overall aspiration of the organization towards the empowerment of women and person with disabilities all other vulnerable segments of society. In this journey of leadership and empowerment our partners contribution is acknowledged such as Global Affairs canada, Oxfam Canada, Oxfam Pakistan, Strengthening participatory organization (SPO), center for peace and development (CPD), Government of Balochistan, Trust for democratic education and accountability (TDEA), Serena Hotels, Defense housing authority Quetta (DHA), Coalition for inclusive Pakistan (CIP) and Balochistan Rural Support Program (BRSP). Together we can uplift the vulnerable society towards the betterment.
